AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSORS

Most modern websites use external services to provide specific functionality. They are called Automated Data Processors. These services range from visitor analytics, video hosting, such as Youtube, or access to social media such as Facebook. These third-party services collect personal data to provide functionality. Our website also uses some of these services, the detail of which you can find below.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, Usa.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow you to analyze your use of the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is typically transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored therein.

Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art.6th GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing visitor behavior to optimize your site and advertising.

BROWSER PLUGIN

You can prevent these cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we want to point out that this may mean that you may not take advantage of all the features of this site. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (including your IP address) from being sent to Google and the processing of that data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link.

OPPOSITION TO DATA COLLECTION

You can prevent your data from being collected by Google Analytics by clicking the link at the website entry. A deactivation cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this site.

For more information about how Google Analytics handles visitor data, see Google’s privacy policy.

SUBCONTRACTED DATA PROCESSING

We have a contract with Google to perform data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of european union data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

DEMOGRAPHIC DATA COLLECTION BY GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This site uses the demographics of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from advertising based on Google’s interests and data from third-party visitors. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific person. You can disable this feature at any time by adjusting the ad settings in your Google Account, or you can prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics, as described in the “Opt-out of data collection” section.

WORDPRESS STATISTICS

This site uses the WordPress Statistics tool to perform statistical analysis of visitor traffic. This service is provided by Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA.

WordPress Statistics uses cookies that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of website usage. The information generated by cookies about the use of our website is stored on servers in the USA. Your IP address will be anonymized after processing and before storage.

WordPress Stats cookies remain on your device until you delete them.

The cookie store “WordPress Stats” is based on Art.6th GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing the visitor’s behavior to optimize your site and its advertising.

If you delete cookies on your computer, you’ll need to set the opt-out cookie again.

REMARKETING DO GOOGLE ANALYTICS

The website uses google analytics remarketing features, combined with features on devices other than AdWords and DoubleClick. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, Usa.

This feature makes it possible to link audiences to promotional marketing created with Google Analytics remarketing to the features of devices other than AdWords and DoubleClick. This allows advertising to appear based on your personal interests, identified based on your previous usage and browsing behavior on a device (for example, your mobile phone) on other devices (such as a tablet or computer).

After you give your consent, Google will associate your web browsing history and app with your Google Account for this purpose. That way, any device that signs in to your Google Account can use the same custom promotional message.

To support this feature, Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs from visitors temporarily associated with our Analytics data to define and create audiences for promoting ads on different devices.

You can permanently turn off remarketing and targeting on different devices by turning off custom advertising in your Google Account. Follow this link.

Aggregating the data collected in your Google Account data is based solely on your consent, which you may give or withdraw from Google by Art.6th GDPR. For unprocessed data collection operations in your Google Account (for example, because you don’t have a Google Account or object to processing), data collection is based on Art.6th GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing the behavior of the anonymous visitor for promotional purposes.

GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE CONVERSION TRACKING

This site uses AdWords.AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

As part of AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. When you click an ad posted by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set.Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for the visitor’s personal identification. If the visitor visits certain pages of the site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the website may know that the visitor clicked on the ad and went to that page.

Each AdWords advertiser has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked using the website of an AdWords advertiser. Information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have chosen conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of visitors who clicked on their ads and have been redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, advertisers do not obtain information that can be used to personally identify visitors. If you don’t want to participate in tracking, you can disable it by easily disabling Google’s conversion tracking cookie by changing your browser settings. When you do this, you won’t be included in conversion tracking statistics.

Conversion cookies are stored based on art. 6 GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing the visitor’s behavior to optimize your site and its advertising.
